Compensation:

Position Summary:
The General Manager (GM) at Pacific Rim CR LLC collaborates with company owners to set and execute the company’s vision for achieving business growth, developing people and being a leader in the restoration industry. The GM oversees all members of the operations staff as they provide service delivery and project management efforts for property losses or remodel requests of residential homes and/or light commercial facilities in western Washington. The GM provides direct supervision of the Operations Manager (OM), all Project Managers (PM) and Project Assistants (PA). The GM routinely meets with the OM to discuss the performance and development of field operation teams and the services they deliver (Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Fire Mitigation, BioHazard Mitigation, Abatement, Content Management & Reconstruction). The GM provides direct leadership and mentoring to each Project Manager, essentially overseeing all PM’s efforts in customer/insurance communications, collaborations expected with field operations teams, estimating, billing, managing project timelines, scope, and budgets. The GM ensures that all projects delivered by Pacific Rim are on time, meet quality control standards and produce expected profits. The GM participates in annual target setting and budget planning activities. The GM routinely meets with the Sales & Marketing and Business Operations Managers to ensure the Operations Team’s needs are being met and to ensure successful collaboration between the teams. The GM plans and facilitates routine business reviews with key members of the Pacific Rim CR LLC management team to report on operational performance, target areas for improvement and provide financial forecasts.

Position Summary:
The Operations Manager (OM) at Pacific Rim CR LLC oversees all the company’s day to day service delivery and field operations for property losses or remodel requests of residential homes and/or light commercial facilities. This includes the direct supervision of all Field Supervisors and the Operations Assistants (OA). The OM routinely meets with the three Field Supervisors (Water Mitigation, Fire Mitigation & Contents, and Reconstruction) to review the status of open projects, discuss key risks and issues, provide leadership and coaching to develop supervisors and the teams they manage. The OM ensures that the GM is promptly made aware of all key risks and issues. The OM ensures that all company resources (people, equipment, and supplies) are properly stewarded and utilized to ensure safe, effective, efficient, and profitable services are delivered by all field teams.

The Water Mitigation Department at Pacific Rim serves residential homes and/or light commercial facilities that experience a property loss (caused by water, sewage, or mold). For each customer’s loss, the Water Mitigation Field Team executes the mitigation, dry out, and/or demolition prep work needed prior to the restoration of a customer’s property. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Water Mitigation Field Supervisor (WMFS) oversees the Water Mitigation Field Team and their service delivery of all onsite mitigation efforts. This includes the management of all steps of the mitigation process after new customer signing/inspection through to mitigation completion. The WMFS is responsible for managing all members of the Mitigation Field Team (Technicians and Leads) and all supplies/equipment needed for the delivery of mitigation field services. The WMFS ensures the delivery of all documentation to designated staff in exact accordance with Pacific Rim procedures and timelines. The Reconstruction Department at Pacific Rim serves residential homes and/or light commercial facilities that experience a property loss (caused by water, sewage, mold, or fire) or for customers who request, light remodel projects. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager (OM), the Reconstruction Field Supervisor (RFS) oversees all construction service delivery efforts (performed by Pacific Rim CR LLC staff or subcontractors) at customer properties. The RFS is responsible for managing all members of the Reconstruction Field Team (Superintendents & Laborers) and all supplies/equipment needed for the delivery of reconstruction field services. The RFS identifies, develops, and maintains relationships with high-performing subcontractor partners (general construction, plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinetry, etc.). The RFS ensures the delivery of all documentation to designated staff in exact accordance with Pacific Rim procedures and timelines. Through excellent service delivery, creates the highest level of satisfaction for customers and referral partners.

Position Summary:
A Project Manager (PM) at Pacific Rim serves residential homes and/or light commercial facilities that experience a property loss (caused by water, sewage, mold, or fire) or for customers who request light remodel projects. For each customer’s loss or remodel request, the PM serves as the customer’s primary point of contact; managing all aspects of the project scope, timeline, and budget from the initial customer appointment (for initial customer sign-up and inspection) through final completion and payment of all services provided by (or facilitated by) Pacific Rim CR LLC. PMs collaborate with Operations Field Supervisors from the Mitigation, Contents, and Reconstruction departments to ensure customer services are performed timely, accurately, and completely according to industry standards. Through excellent customer service and co-oversight of our service delivery operations, the PM creates the highest level of satisfaction for customers and referral partners.

Position Summary:
The Fire Mitigation and Contents Departments at Pacific Rim serve residential homes and/or light commercial facilities that experience a property loss or request light remodel projects. For each customer’s loss, the Fire Mitigation Field Team executes the mitigation, and/or demolition prep work needed prior to the restoration of a customer’s property. The Contents Field Team manages the manipulation, cleaning, and storage of all personal property needs in order to clear rooms affected by a loss or remodel event. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Fire Mitigation & Contents Field Supervisor (FM&CFS) oversees the service delivery of all fire mitigation and contents management at Pacific Rim. This includes the management of all steps of the mitigation process after new customer signing/inspection through to mitigation completion as well as management of all content handling/storage. The FM&CFS is responsible for managing all members of the Fire Mitigation & Contents Field Teams (Technicians, Leads & Laborers) and all supplies/equipment needed for delivery of fire mitigation and content field services. The FM&CFS ensures the delivery of all documentation to designated staff in exact accordance with Pacific Rim procedures and timelines. Through excellent service delivery, creates the highest level of satisfaction for customers and referral partners.
